- Keerti Nagappa et al.: An interactive online India-focused portal which will track, discuss & analyze issues impacting free speech & expression in the online space, as well as provide an accessible forum for interested/affected parties to be informed of their rights
- Jonathan Stray: Make it easy to visualize words, not just numbers, forever
- Dan Whaley: Open Annotations for the Web [Hypothes.is and W3C]
- Michael Williams: CertiDig – Using technology to make data sharing safer
- Adam Ziegler [et al.]: Perma.cc: Mitigating the Pervasive Problem of Link Rot in Scholarly Works and Preserving Online Content
