Il Fatto Quotidiano has published an article about a legislative bill which was drafted through a public crowdsourcing process at Beppe Grillo’s Website : “M5s, ecco la prima legge scritta in rete. ‘Soldi pubblici non a giornali, ma a startup’”.
The bill — numbered Atto Camera n. 1990, XVII Legislatura, Abolizione del finanziamento pubblico all’editoria — appears to have been introduced in the Italian Senate in January 2014.
The bill drafting platform used for this legislation appears to be Sistema Operativo .
