Attempt to trademark “Legal Hackers” is abandoned

On October 31, 2014, Legal Hackers LLC appears to have abandoned and withdrawn its application to register the term “Legal Hackers” as a federal word mark.

Joshua Tauberer, as an opponent of the attempt to register the mark, co-signed the abandonment document, with a representative of Legal Hackers LLC.
