V. David Zvenyach has posted slides of his presentation entitled Annotating the Law , given last week at the iAnnotate 2014 Conference, held in San Francisco, California, USA.
The presentation describes an open annotation system for statutory codes, on GitHub or a similar platform, that enables the public to propose amendments to statutes.
