Paul Maharg of Australian National University has posted slides of a presentation entitled The wrong story: legal education, ethics and shared space regulation , given recently at the University of Denver College of Law in Denver, Colorado, USA.
The presentation covers, among other topics, the role of data analysis and legal informatics research in legal ethics scholarship, and the use of case studies of legal technology platforms and tools in legal ethics education.
