A storify is available of a Twitter chat on the topic, “how to open your state and local legislature with open-source software, open data, and the help of the Free Law Founders,” held 19 September 2014 .


The chat was organized by Free Law Founders as part of Global Legislative Openness Week 2014.

[...] As part of Global Legislative Openness Week 2014, members of the Free Law Founders (FLF) will host a Tweet Chat [on 19 September 2014] from 9-10 AM EST [...], taking your questions on how to open your state and local legislature with open-source software, open data and the help of the FLF. To participate, simply tag your tweet with #OpenParl2014 and #FreeLaw.


Topics could range from how to deliver an open data policy for your local legislature to strategies for building an open legislature movement where you live…but everything “open government” is on the table. Join the conversation tomorrow on Twitter!
